Please download the application and read over all guidelines. Food vendors have additional required attachments including a full Menu, Application Form, and Certificate of Insurance. Please note that applications need to be mailed with payments.
Early Registration Fees: applicable until April 1st, 2024
Food Vendors
• ALL VENDOR PAYMENTS DUE WITH APPLICATION FORM.
• SEPARATE CHECKS ARE REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION FEE, BOOTH FEE, AND CLEAN UP DEPOSIT FEE.
• MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO CHRISTMAS IN JULY FESTIVAL.

• February 1: Applications Open
Please note that space is limited and early application is encouraged.
• April 1, 2024: Early application rates end. Regular fees apply after this date.
• Friday, July 5, 2024, 4pm-10pm, Food Vendors only
• Saturday, July 6, 2024, 9am-5pm, Food, Craft, Specialty Food & Non-Profit Vendors
VENDOR REFUND POLICY
• Vendor fees will be refunded minus a $25 handling fee prior to April 1.
• Between April 1 and June 1, a 50% refund will be granted.
• No refunds will be granted after June 1st.
