Craft and Specialty Food Vendor Information

Early Registration Fees: applicable until April 1st, 2024
ALL vendor applications undergo a juried process by the vendor selection committee to ensure a wide variety of items. ONLY handcrafted, original work by the applicant(s) will be permitted in Saturday’s vendor area. Acceptable works include paintings, watercolors, pen and ink drawings, etchings, photography, clay, metal work, jewelry, fibers, leather, glass, paper, wood, books, and other original works.
Commercial goods, mass produced items and buy-sell items are NOT allowed to be sold at the festival. Electrical service is NOT available to Craft, Non-Profit, and Specialty Food Vendors.
• ALL VENDOR PAYMENTS DUE WITH APPLICATION FORM.
• SEPARATE CHECKS ARE REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION FEE, BOOTH FEE, AND CLEAN UP DEPOSIT FEE.
• MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO CHRISTMAS IN JULY FESTIVAL.

• April 1, 2024: Early application rates end. Regular fees apply after this date.
• Friday, July 5, 2024, 4pm-10pm, Food Vendors only
• Saturday, July 6, 2024, 9am-5pm, Food, Craft, Specialty Food & Non-Profit Vendors
VENDOR REFUND POLICY
• Vendor fees will be refunded minus a $25 handling fee prior to April 1.
• Between April 1 and June 1, a 50% refund will be granted.
• No refunds will be granted after June 1st.
